PRICES & VAT
Prices in the gTIE webshop are shown including Finnish VAT 24% in EUR. These prices are applicable within the EU countries.
Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes. gTIE ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Shipping expenses depend on the chosen shipping method.We offer free shipping for orders over 200€.

Note that starting from January 2016 we ship our products only on wednesdays. Year 2016 gTIE focuses on getting more RETAILERS, business-to-business customers and co-branding. Delivery times may vary within countries but we strive to deliver you your gTIE products with fast and secure shipping methods. We offer free shipping for orders over 200€.

The delivery may take a little longer in case the chosen product is out of stock.
All shipments will be shipped by Finnish post office (Itella Oyj) or for trackable packages GLS. Orders will be delivered to the customer’s address or to the nearest post office.
RePack is a returnable and reusable packaging that rewards you for every order. It is a sustainable alternative for packaging trash and throw-away consumerism. By picking RePack as your delivery packaging and paying a returnable fee, you’ll receive your order in a RePack. RePack can be returned simply by dropping it into any post box, anywhere in the world. Free of charge. Once the RePack is returned, you will get a discount voucher in your email – for every RePack order you make. This voucher can then be used in any web store using RePack. gTIE is not responsible for items misplaced by the post. For more valuable orders (over 100 eur) we recommend using the insured letter or trackable package options.

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.

RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS
LIABILITY FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Faulty goods or items damaged during shipping have to be reported to the Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product. gTIE is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
gTIE will strive to replace the faulty or damaged item, but if this is not possible, the customer will be reimbursed with the full amount of costs. The fault or the sustained damage must be documented by due process. The faulty or damaged item must be returned to the retailer for inspection. gTIE will not deliver a replacement before the fault or damage has been confirmed.
Policy and Conditions gTIE webshop customers have a fourteen-day right to return or exchange a product according to Finnish consumer protection legislation. The customer has a right to return an item if
1. The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying gTIE within 14 days of delivery
2. The item has not been used
3. The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package
4. The item has been repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.
The item must be returned immediately after cancellation. If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of damages. We therefore suggest insuring all items valued over 50 euros. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.

The price of the returned items will be refunded on your credit card or bank account, depending on method of payment. The reimbursement will take place as soon as we have received and inspected the returned item. This will result in a delay of some time before the refund is visible in bank records.
